DTG is a relatively new type of print,  water-based eco-friendly inks are used on a rather large machine.

The machine simply prints directly onto the garment, creating ultra bright and detailed prints.

Screen printing with puff inks works best for simple designs and large text

The artwork is printed and then when heated it "puffs up" giving it the unique effect we all know.

We can use 25%-90% puff additive meaning we can control the finish and size of the puff.

Photo luminescent inks / phosphorescent inks use a chemical called phosphor - it absorbs radiant energy and emits light

Glow in the dark inks can be produced in a variety of colours but the human eye is most sensitive to green light so this will appear brightest.

We supply and print a number of different coloured foils for application onto almost any garment.

The print process involves us screen printing a glue and then, once the it has cured we heat press the foil of your choice in place.

Foil starts to loose its shine and starts fading over time with each wash.

Unlike foil, to achieve a shiny print you don’t need any overlay treatment or transfer because it is printed directly.

We stock many metallic inks, the most used metallic are silver and gold to give off a shiny but non-reflective finish.

Metallic inks work best when there are no small details to fill as the ink is a bit thicker than normal.

Labels come in a variety of sizes, colours, placements and can also be double sided.

Most commonly used for neck labels, but also logo labels, which can be added anywhere throughout a garment like the shoulder, sleeves, or hem of a garment.
